As a professional metal craftsman, Forster Fabrication offers high quality custom fabrication services from various types of metals for clients in a broad range of industries, from machine protection equipment, to individual parts.
We perform quality metal fabrications and weldments to very demanding standards. For example, Forster Fabrication has experience in manufacturing custom sheet metal assemblies for many years like the examples shown. This is close tolerance work with hard to bend alloys and often requires further riveting and spot welding.
We often hold bend tolerances of .01" with complex multi angle bends or hole to hole tolerances of .002". Additionally, our sheet metal mechanics are among the most talented available and we frequently tackle jobs that require highly specialized tooling and custom approaches.
We start with engineering. We collaborate on the design to determine whether or not the part or assembly can be created and serve its purpose. We can determine in advance if the part will work well and fabricate well.
A critical reason to use Forster Fabrication for production would be our expertise and craftmanship in metal work of all kinds, combined with our design engineering expertise. Those two skills enhance the value we add to the beginning process of a new part or assembly. Additionally, we have a growing assortment of in-house tooling which is a little unusual in our business. So the whole process is in-house and we have excellent control from concept to completion.
We practice value engineering and efficiency methods and are dedicated to lean manufacturing. Specializing in customer service, we cater to client needs from consultation to finished product.
